How does concert entrance work?

• Big Turn ticket holders must exchange their tickets (printed ticket or confirmation email ready on phone) for wristbands before going into the show. Wristbands are non-transferable and non-refundable. One wristband per person. Each individual accessing the event must have their wristband on their wrist at all times.
• Wristband exchange will only be available day-of-show at Bay Point Park, Levee Rd, Red Wing, MN 55066. The Big Turn team will be able to exchange your wristband and complete payment of day-of purchase. 

Can I buy tickets at the event?
You can buy tickets day-of-show from Big Turn staff when doors open at 2pm. Passes are also available now at a discounted rate online. 

Can I get a refund?
No, we are not able to offer refunds. All sales are final.

Are kids allowed?
Yes, this is an all ages event.

What if there’s inclement weather?
We’re Minnesotans – we know the weather can be unpredictable, but feel confident that Big Turn At The Big Turn will happen rain or shine. As a reminder, tickets are non-refundable, even in inclement weather.

Where is Big Turn At The Big Turn?
Big Turn is located at Bay Point Park, Levee Rd, Red Wing, MN 55066. This beautiful park is located along the winding Mississippi River near downtown Red Wing with the historic Boat House Village nearby.

Where can I park?
Bay Point Park in Red Wing offers ample free parking, including a large lot across the street at Levee Park (420 Levee Street). Additional parking and restrooms are available in Bay Point Park itself (1392 Levee Road).

Is the event ADA accessible?
Yes, Bay Point Park is ADA accessible.

How do I get back to my lodging safely?
Please be responsible. Taxis and other means of transportation are available to take you home safely.

Will there be food available at the event?
Yes, there will be several food trucks including Big River Barbecue, The Bleu Dog Cafe, Indigo Açaí Bowls, The Rolling Bandido, Taco Lab, and Pizza a alas brasas!

Can I BYOB at this event?
Yes, feel free to bring a cooler of your food and beverages to the event. Alcohol may be consumed during park hours (until 10:30pm).

What else should I bring?

• Bring your photo ID

• Cash, some vendors may require cash.

• Blankets and Lawn chairs (if placed away from the stage)

• Small backpacks

• Appropriate gear for rain or shine

Are there any items not allowed?

• NO glass
• NO weapons
• NO drones
• NO illegal substances including drugs or drug paraphernalia
• NO professional cameras (with detachable lenses longer than 2” long)
• NO pets (even really, really tiny ones)
